BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION:

ANGELA IUSO has been a Partner since 1996 and has been with the firm since 1988.  Ms. Iuso is responsible for handling a wide variety of Business Litigation and Corporate Transactions and is able to service these corporate clients on various issues including acquisitions and sale of other corporate entities and related restrictive covenants and  employment related issues.

Ms. Iuso has experience in the areas of toxic tort, environmental law, products liability, professional liability and premises liability.  She has defended matters alleging injury from exposure to asbestos and a variety of chemicals.  Ms. Iuso also has extensive experience in the area of environmental law in matters involving soil and groundwater contamination and, in particular, contamination caused by petroleum products.  Ms. Iuso also performs work in the area of professional liability and defends architects, engineers, surveyors and attorneys in a variety of professional liability matters.

Ms. Iuso was a Law Clerk to Hon. Nicholas Scalera, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, from 1987-1988. Ms. Iuso was a Barrister in the William J. Brennan, Jr., Chapter of the Essex County Inn of Court from 1995 to 1997. Ms. Iuso is a member of the New Jersey, New York and American Bar Association.  Ms. Iuso served as the New Jersey Ethics Committee—District VC, Board Secretary from June 2003—2005.  Ms. Iuso is also a trustee-at-large for Essex County for the New Jersey Women’s Law Association.
