BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: KRISTINA R. HAYMES is the owner of Making Peace Mediation LLC, an international conflict resolution and management firm specializing in mediating workplace disputes and consulting with business leaders and executives on how to lead through conflict to maximize growth of people and profits. Ms. Haymes works with Ms. Branigan on workplace investigations and employment matters, particularly on defense matters and on corporative preventative an d remedial measures. Prior to opening her own practice Ms. Haymes did employment litigation work at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in NJ (2005-2006) and did complex commercial litigation and trial work in San Francisco, CA for Shearman & Sterling (1999-2002) and Pillsbury Winthrop (2002-2004) with successful defense trials in state and federal court. Ms. Haymes received her J.D. from UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall), her M.A. with distinction from the University of New Mexico and her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara. Telephone: (973) 338-0075
