Lori A. Dvorak

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION:

LORI A. DVORAK is the owner of Dvorak & Associates, LLC, an employment law firm which handles employment law and litigation matters.  Ms. Dvorak is engaged primarily in defense of public entities concentrating in Section 1983 civil rights matters as well as employment litigation including racial discrimination, sexual harassment and age discrimination matters.  She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and actively practices in both State and Federal Courts at both the trial and appellate levels.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers and is a past President and Board Member of the New Brunswick Bar Association.

Ms. Dvorak graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University, where she was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honor Society, and received her Juris Doctor degree in 1992.  While at Seton Hall, Ms. Dvorak was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal when her contributions to the Journal were cited by the New Jersey Appellate Division.  Upon graduation, she served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Robert W. O’Hagan, J.S.C., in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions of the Superior Court, Monmouth County.
