BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION:

WENDY F. KLEIN is a litigation partner in the firm of Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A., Bergen County's largest law firm.  Cole Schotz is a full-service firm with practice groups in bankruptcy, corporate, employment, environmental, litigation, real estate, and tax, trusts &
estates. 

Wendy Klein's practice focuses on business and corporate disputes, as well as employment and estate litigation. She has represented parties in numerous breach of contract suits and appears regularly in the Chancery and Law Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court.  Ms. Klein also has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court and has frequently been appointed as counsel by the Superior Court.

Following law school, Ms. Klein served as a law clerk to Justice Gary S. Stein of the New Jersey Supreme Court.  Following her undergraduate education, Ms. Klein worked in publishing as a literary scout for foreign publishers and movie producers seeking to purchase rights to American books.
