  • Experienced (mid-senior associate level, 4-5 years of experience) employment law litigator, including in the restrictive covenant/trade secret/unfair competition area, who has strong writing skills and has written motion and trial briefs, who has handled all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, and who has a broad knowledge of federal and NJ and NY state employment laws.
  • Has worked in a private law firm handling defense-side employment law cases in the private sector.
  • Can work independently and take the lead on a case; able to hit the ground running and handle a file.
  • Team minded and collegial – able to work with others on the litigation team.
  • Has made court appearances and argued motions.
  • Traditional Labor experience and client counseling experience a plus.
  • Admitted in both NY and NJ.
