Rivkin Radler, LLP is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join our Litigation & Appeals Group in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. EOE

Position Requirements:

Candidates must have:

  • Federal court experience, and must be admitted to and have litigated in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
  • Meaningful case management/case running experience.
  • Strong narrative writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Intellectual Property a plus
