Business Litigation Associate

Carlton Fields is seeking a third- to fourth-year associate with business litigation, labor and employment, and medical malpractice experience to be resident in its New Jersey office. This is a trial group with a diverse practice and matters venued in the federal and state courts of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Position offers significant opportunities for litigation and trial growth and experience, while contributing to a close team. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. A clerkship experience is preferred. To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume. Salary range: $170,000 – $175,000
