Associate General Counsel – Rutgers University OGC

The position will handle a wide variety of transactional, regulatory, and other legal matters that in-house legal offices at a large public university face such as commercial transactions; contract negotiation; procurement; athletics; data privacy and protection; compliance; intellectual property; immigration and international matters; technology licensing and commercialization; student affairs; tax and regulatory compliance; gift agreements, grants, donor requests, and bequests; and alumni programs.  The position may also handle litigation or other administrative or regulatory body hearings that arise from the transactional and regulatory matters noted but could involve other disputes as well.  This position requires at least seven years of relevant experience.
