The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working attorney with at least 4 years of bankruptcy experience to join our Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights’ practice group.

The ideal candidate will have experience with representing creditors, debtors and/or trustees. State court foreclosure experience is a plus, but not required. The candidate will also possess superior academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills; and will be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively on a variety of substantive matters. Must be admitted to the New Jersey bar.
