Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Capital Markets & Securities Associate to join our Transactions & Advisory Group. The candidate should have 3 – 5 years of corporate transactional experience with focused expertise in public securities offerings and SEC compliance, debt issuances, and structured preferred stock and convertible notes transactions.  SPAC, life sciences/biotech, and crypto experience is a plus. The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2023 through 2021 is $260,000 to $365,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
