However, as you grow with Lerner David, you will have opportunities to work directly with clients in other aspects of our patent practice, including clearance investigations and opinions, client counseling, management and strategic planning. Strong background in organic chemistry and demonstrated skills in patent preparation and prosecution is essential. The candidate must possess superior credentials and must be admitted to practice before the U.S.P.T.O.
