Lerner David seeks an associate to work closely with renowned clients in drafting and prosecuting electronic and software-related patent applications for cutting-edge technologies. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related science with strong knowledge of computer systems or machine learning.  A minimum of two years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution is preferred.
