EE/Computer/Physics Associate (junior to mid-level)

Lerner David seeks an associate to work closely with renowned clients in drafting and prosecuting electronic and software-related patent applications for cutting-edge technologies. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related science with strong knowledge of computer systems or machine learning.  A minimum of two years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution is preferred. The candidate must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.  Our firm offers competitive salaries as well as entrepreneurial incentives to encourage our attorneys to participate in client development.
