The Firm seeks an experienced associate to serve our rapidly growing base of clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts.  At Lerner David, you will work directly with clients in all aspects of patent preparation, prosecution, enforcement, client counseling, intellectual property management and strategic planning and opinions.  Strong background in organic chemistry and demonstrated skills in patent prosecution and opinion work are essential.
