Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management team is seeking a highly qualified Associate or Counsel-level attorney with strong experience in venture fund formation and a desire for responsibility for our NYC, Palo Alto, CA or Roseland, NJ office. Candidate will specialize in leading the formation and launch of venture capital funds, including having primary responsibility and oversight for the drafting and negotiation of documents and serving as a key contact for, and advisor, to clients, as well as working with our Tech Group in counseling these funds throughout the various stages of their lifecycle. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. This position offers the opportunity:
