The Labor & Employment Practice Group seeks to hire an associate with 4-5 years of labor and employment experience to reside in the Florham Park office, also providing assistance with New York matters. We are seeking candidates with experience in employment litigation, due diligence and counseling who demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, as well as substantive knowledge of New Jersey, New York and federal labor and employment laws. NJ and NY bar admission is required.
