Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Morristown, NJ office for an Employment Litigation attorney in our Labor and Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and deposition experience. Experience with compliance with insurance carrier guidelines is desired. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. This position is a non-partnership track position.
