Attorney Position available with large Multi-State Real Estate Development Company with 4+ years experience in Land Use practice.

Applicants must have strong writing and organizational skills, and should have experience with land use applications before local Zoning and Planning Boards, County and State administrative boards and agencies, as well as in handling Prerogative Writ, Plenary Zoning litigation, and Appeals. Responsibilities will also include Brief writing in conjunction with those proceedings, as well as the drafting and review of various related documents, such as Developer, Redevelopment, Settlement and PILOT agreements.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Part-time arrangement between 20-30 hours per week will be considered.
