Landlord/Tenant/Real Estate Litigation Attorney (Full Time)
Location: Uniondale, NY
Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of Landlord/Tenant/Real Estate Litigation experience to join our Uniondale, Long Island office.
Position requirements:
- Experience handling NYC based Landlord/Tenant court appearances and preparing predicate notices a must
- Landlord/Tenant trial experience a plus
- NYC based real estate experience preferred (residential and commercial)
- Commercial/construction litigation experience a plus
