Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of litigation experience for our Hackensack, NJ office. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, conduct and defend depositions and possess strong research and writing skills.
Knowledge of insurance coverage, premises liability, construction defect and commercial litigation a plus. License to practice law in New Jersey a must.
