Mentee Application

The NJWLA promotes the creation of mentoring relationships between its more experienced members and those individuals more recently embarking upon their legal careers.  The mentorship program is intended to facilitate the social and professional advancement of our members and to create meaningful long-lasting connections. This form should be completed by members who are interested in being paired with a mentor to provide professional guidance, encouragement and support.  The mentorship relationship will continue for a one-year period, and you should be able to commit to mentor-mentee contact at least once per month.

Prospective Mentee Contact Information:

NJWLA will endeavor to place you with one of your requested mentors but cannot guarantee placement.  You agree to commit to the mentor relationship for the one-year period, even if placed with a mentor not requested above.  Once you are matched with a mentor, you will be notified via email with the mentor’s information along with the date and time of the kick-off reception to be held by NJWLA.
