Lowenstein Sandler’s Intellectual Property Section of the Life Sciences/Tech Group based in Roseland, NJ is seeking a highly qualified Patent Attorney or Agent.  Candidates should have at least two years of experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the life science, chemical or material science fields as well as providing invalidity and non-infringement opinions.  Experience in electrical and computer technology is a plus.
