Product Liability Litigation Associate

The Philadelphia office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience and strong writing and analytical skills to join the Product Liability Litigation practice group. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced litigation and has experience with defending a case, including taking and defending depositions, working with experts, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.  This position is intended to work on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including mass tort, product liability, general liability, and commercial litigation.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that is familiar with the local judges and court practices.  This position is not open to recruitment agencies or third-party recruiters.  Interested candidates may submit their applications directly online at https://www.shb.com/careers/legal-recruiting.  Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
