Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a highly qualified commercial leasing attorney with at least eight years of experience to join our growing Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling sophisticated commercial leasing transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.  The attorney will draft and negotiate leases, subleases, amendments, assignments, lease restructurings, surrender agreements, and related documents for office, retail, and other commercial properties. The role will involve advising clients throughout all stages of a leasing transaction, including letters of intent, lease negotiation, and post-closing matters. Experience managing complex, high-value, fast-paced transactions involving multiple jurisdictions is preferred. The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2018 through 2015 is $420,000 to $465,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
