SENIOR ASSOCIATE: White Collar Litigation

The Newark office of Epstein Becker Green is seeking a litigation attorney to work at the level of a senior associate. 

This position will focus on litigation and investigations of corporate/white-collar criminal, civil fraud, and other compliance matters, including the False Claims Act, securities laws, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, healthcare fraud (and similar areas), and other sensitive internal investigation matters. 

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience working on complex white collar/criminal litigation matters or working as a prosecutor or government enforcement attorney.   The ideal candidate should have solid litigation experience, including conducting witness interviews, drafting and responding to discovery, conducting and defending depositions, performing legal research, writing briefs, drafting pleadings,  preparing and arguing motions, interacting with courts, clients and opposing counsel, and making court appearances.  A background in healthcare law/matters is helpful but not required.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.  Admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory; Admission in New York is helpful.
