Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an attorney with 2 – 4 years of experience in structured finance and other receivables transactions for our Roseland, NJ office.  The position will entail representing institutional investors, servicers, originators and other financial institutions in the structuring and negotiation of receivables acquisitions, sales, financings and securitizations.
