On Monday, March 1st, NJWLA kicked off Women’s History Month by hosting Pathways to Leadership, an enlightening discussion on the various ways women bar leaders had come to realize leadership in their respective bar associations. 

We heard from over a dozen women bar leaders on their paths, challenges, mentors and why it was important to them as individuals to lead their specialty bar organizations. 

We thank our incredibly accomplished and honest speakers, our moderator who managed to include all 13 speakers and of course, all who attended.  We look forward to continuing these discussions and further collaboration!
