Seeking Transactional/M&A Attorney.  This Transactional Attorney will draft and advise on a variety of contracts across the business, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, management agreements, lease agreements, and other related transactional documents.  Must have excellent drafting skills and experience issue spotting and negotiating complex agreements and advising clients on such matters.  Open to employee or independent contractor candidate.  Part-time or full-time.
