NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Two (2)
DUTIES: Under direction of a Counsel to the Director, Deputy Attorney General 1 or 2, or other supervisory official in the Department of Law and Public Safety, represents the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control as prescribed by applicable statutes; provides counsel and representation to the Division regarding interpretation or enforcement of Title 33, The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, and implementation or enforcement of regulations; as the Attorney General’s representative, participates in legal and related activities involving cases and regulatory enforcement actions before the Division and in federal, State and local jurisdictions and before
other State agencies; drafts documents that may include regulatory pleadings, rulings, opinions, orders, regulatory charges; performs other related work as required.
